  本系列脫模劑為銀白色懸浮液，采用原料復(fù)配而成，揮發(fā)速度快、效率高、涂膜薄且均勻附著力強，噴刷一一次可重復(fù)使用多次。

適用范圍

  本系列產(chǎn)品適用于木模、塑料模、金屬模等模樣和芯盒，適用于水玻璃砂、樹脂砂、油砂等砂型(芯)。

  1．使用請充分震蕩，搖勻直接使用原液即可。

  2．用溶劑或毛刷將模型(芯盒)上樹脂及殘渣清理干凈。

  3．用噴(刷)的方式將產(chǎn)品均勻涂到模具上，芯盒，表面不要堆積太厚，以防影響砂芯尺寸精度

  4.等涂面干燥后(2分鐘左右)即可添砂造型。

注意事項

  1．本產(chǎn)品為工業(yè)易燃品，使用時注意防火且遠離火源。

  2．當沾上皮膚，應(yīng)立即用清水沖洗。

  3．屬揮發(fā)性產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)存放陰涼通風處，且密封保存。
